Welcome to Paycycle’s tour. Here we'll show you everything you need to know to get started using Paycycle.

The tour walks you through customising Paycycle to your business's unique needs, setting up your employees and making your first pay run with Paycycle. Before long you'll be doing your pay runs in under 5 minutes, leaving you time to do what really matters, which is running your business.

SETTINGS

Before doing anything else, you need to get your settings right, recording the information your business needs for payroll. This includes your Charts of Accounts,  Business Details, Payroll Calendars, Payslip Items and your Super Funds.

EMPLOYEES

Now it’s time to manage your employees by recording their Personal Details, Tax Declaration, Bank Accounts, Superannuation and, finally, their Pay Template.

PAYRUNS

Once your business and employee details are in place, you can conduct a Pay Run!
