PAYROLL CALENDARS
Setting your payroll calendar allows you to ensure that every week, fortnight or month your employees get paid.

ADDING A NEW CALENDAR
To get started, the first thing you need to do is to add a calendar, which is very easy. To do so, click on Payroll Calendar Actions on the right side of the screen and select Add Pay Calendar.

TYPES OF CALENDAR
There are three types of calendars you can choose from: weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You can create as many types of calendars as you want or need.
For example, if
you pay some employees once a month and others once a week, you'll need
to create two calendars -one weekly and one monthly-.
Also, bare in mind
that if you have employees with different calendars, you must create
more than one calendar for each of them.
EXAMPLE: WEEKLY CALENDAR
After adding a new pay calendar on Calendar Type, I chose Weekly.

Then I chose the day of the week those employees would be paid.

After that, I just picked the next pay period.

Once completed, I pressed SAVE and I had my first calendar set!
