Last week we published our Pricing Plans. And, of course, we heard heaps from you.
Some users were very happy with the pricing plans. Some others were critical in a constructive way (the best way!). And, like when you leave feedback on our functionality, bugs, or features, we listened to all you had to say...
Today you'll find we enabled more features for smaller plans. That's some streching from our side, but we believe it's worth it.
Here are the answers to some of your FAQs:
1. If I have 5 employees, am I limited to the Micro Plan? No! If you are a small business, you can choose ANY plan, depending on the features you want. As the plan gets bigger, the number of features available becomes larger (as well as the amount of employees you can manage).
2. Why are the Automated Payments features available in larger plans? We'd love to be able to make available automatic super payments and automatic employee payments in the lower price ranges, but it's just not financially feasible. There is a physical cost associated with each time you make a payment to say a super fund or an employee. There are bank and transactional integrations that we get charged for. So at the smaller plans we would be going backwards. Hence, we decided to offer automated payments in larger plans that could support that type of service.
3. Why are the Automated Payments features available in larger plans? Basically, because we don’t like that philosophy and it’s against everything we stand for. We hate it when we sign up for a service and then there are hidden fees (like “Oh, if you wanted THAT, you need to pay an extra $$$”). We’d rather be honest up front and commit to no additional fees than the price of the monthly plan you choose. Crystal clear, for EVERYONE. If you want the additional feature, you just move to a larger plan that has the feature you want.
Again, a reminder: Paycycle is free as long as we are on Beta stage. These Pricing Plans have been announced for our launch in April. If you have more questions, leave a comment, email us, call us (1800 PAYCYCLE) or tweet.
