Our DNS provider has nearly totally recovered from their outage today and the Paycycle release has definitely been completed. The new support site is up and available at http://support.paycycle.com.au. Release blog to follow tomorrow.

Our DNS provider is still suffering issues which has affected is causing most people to see the old Paycycle server. Users should still have access to the old Silverlight version of Paycycle, however all we can do is wait at the moment. There is an update here from our provider. Or follow the instructions below to see the new version of Paycycle.
4:12pm.
We successfully conducted the upgrade to HTML from Silverlight this afternoon, however the DNS changes are taking some time to propagate. This is not uncommon, however we've been adversely affected by an outage at our DNS provider. You can force this change on your own machine by following the instructions below.
